At Dithutong, we believe in delivering a quality eLearning experience for every learner in Botswana. If a course you’ve enrolled in doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 24 hours, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed.
For downloadable content, refunds are not issued once materials have been accessed or downloaded.
If you purchased a physical item from our shop, you must return it to us first. Your refund will be processed once the item is received in good condition.
Please note: Payment gateway and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
